What may be measured

With permission, Google Analytics may record page views, referral source, campaign attribution, browser and device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, and interactions such as opening a trip, successfully submitting a waitlist request, or selecting a social link. Email addresses, names, message contents, group size, health details and experience notes are never sent as analytics parameters.

Your choice

You can choose necessary-only browsing. The preference is stored locally in your browser. Use the Analytics settings control on the website at any time to allow or withdraw analytics consent.

Google Analytics

Analytics storage and advertising signals are denied by default. When you allow analytics, event-level data is retained for up to two months and is processed by Google under its privacy policy. Consented campaign and successful-waitlist event data may be shared with a linked Google Ads account to measure campaign performance. RunOnWifi does not enable advertising storage, Google advertising signals or ad personalisation through this website.

Waitlist requests

The native waitlist form sends the email address, selected trip and any optional details you provide to Resend, which RunOnWifi uses to manage trip updates. If a campaign link includes attribution information, that source may also be stored with the request so RunOnWifi can understand where interest came from.

Resend sends a confirmation email. You join the mailing list only after confirming that message. Resend processes the subscription under its privacy policy. The subscriber record is kept until you unsubscribe or ask RunOnWifi to delete it. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option.
